McDonald's in Wittlich

I am impressed !! Despite the long queue in the drive, we got there pretty quickly and after we paid at the first window, we got our food within half a minute. Everything was in there - hot and fresh. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Dirty Puffladen wanted 2 burgers but only got one although I clearly said two :( No staff could be more incompetent than in this shop

Mega unfriendly employee black hair tied in braids. Puts 2 drinks in the front car. They give the drinks back. My husband says our drinks were small and large cups. The employee puts them in front of the window and when we drove up she wanted to give us the drinks. I said I would like others because they were already in the vehicle before. It's Corona time. At first the employee lies that there are others, we saw exactly that they were the same. Then she got totally grumpy and unfriendly and reluctantly made new ones. Friendliness should be very important in sales!

Do a very good job during the Corona period, the parking lot is only very poorly thought out, during the storm the cars are up to 100 meters on the street.

Some employees are real for the bin. To be honest, I also don't know why pensioners who don't feel like working with people are hired.

Just disappointed. I forgot a burger and the sauce with the nuggets. I stood at the Mcdrive for almost 30 minutes and drove back. It was a surprise to find another long wait until the street. Very annoying! There wasn't even an excuse, even though I left € 30 for a little food!

one of the few mcdonald's where you don't have too much to complain about. Most of the time the food is still warm and happens relatively quickly.

Freshly prepared, everything was hot, clean, hygiene measures were observed.

Absolutely incompetent, I've never experienced anything like that. No guests inside, only two cars with us in the drive. The order was wrong three times! Even after the third time, something was missing, but since we were inside several times and waited a long time, we drove. Incredible and incomprehensible. what should you expect, Just a McDonald's

I don't understand the negative reviews. Despite the bank holiday, my order came quickly and was really tasty, especially the royal with cheese. The fries are underground here too, but that's the case with all MCs. The staff was very friendly too

My visit there today wasn't even worth half a star. I ordered a coffee and an apple bag. After "my" tray had been on the counter for quite a while, a pretty but completely listless employee brought it to my very dirty table. Wordlessly she puts the tray down in front of me without looking at me. My coffee is not in a cup, but in a paper cup that is completely covered with coffee. No sugar to find no milk on the tray. There was no sugar / milk available in the restaurant either. So back to the front. A group of employees was standing there, but had something very important to discuss, so I had to wait a while before I could beg for sugar for my coffee. Catastrophe. At least the apple pocket was warm. Was really fun ...

We only go to McDonalds for reliable hot food and a standardised menu. This place failed to provide hot food, burgers and nuggets were cold before arriving at our table, and failed to correctly prepare the food. The staff were clearly frustrated. 1 star added for cleanliness.

Goods were charged twice, "forgot" to pack the burger, didn't get a receipt to understand the mess and get a refund. I was a customer for decades - but not like that! Never again!

I don't even know how many points to give. I know McDonald's as a fast food. You go there and order something and get your bag of half-cold things. Now it's like this.... You go there, order your stuff, have to wait .. For a long time ... Because it's supposed to be a restaurant now .... And then get his half-cold things 🤔 sorry ... If Burger King Wil wasn't so abnormal, I would only go there ... If I did eat fast food

What you'd expect from a MacDonald's.

Fine McDonald's. Little shade in the parking lot for the motorcycles. Inside neat. 2 of 4 screens active due to Corona. Screens with order were defective so wait until your order was ready with a cover in the heat.

...... is relatively nice, the outside area with full furniture and glass walls protected against the wind, 2nd floor cool pop art .... I liked it (and tasted it) ...... 😁

Fast and food is good

Went here for the first time. Everybody seems to be taking their family out for Sunday lunch. Quick service, tables could do with a quick clean between customers. But otherwise very nice.

Only one cash desk open. Queued for 5 minutes to use self service order machine only to find on completion of order that the card reader was missing. No sign on the machine to warn of this. Then had to queue AGAIN at the single available cash desk to pay. Staff genuinely could not have cared less or been less helpful.

It sucks.

The app was super useful and easy to use. They had the option to pay on the app or pay in cash when you get there, and to eat inside or to-go. Quick service!

Nice small playground inside and outside. Outdoor seating. A coffee bar and the delicious food of the famous McDonald's 👌

Lovely food great service.

The order arrived quite fast, props for that. Only major downside to this was that our order wasn't complete. A burger was missing, how can you complete an order when you have 3/4 burgers on the dining plate? And the other customers had the same experience. Wrong fries, missing products.... On top of that was the staff unable to talk decent English, was there no customer service to speak of (yeah we got the burger eventually, however "sorry" is a word they don't know in either German nor English). This McD isn't a place to consider...

Just like any other McDonald's. Hadn't seen the number stands for table service before though.

Busy place. I had to wait quite awhile for my food. I have no problem with that but why was everything cold? Double cheeseburger especially cold and dry.
